About Me

I have loved baking since I was little. As soon as I was tall enough to reach the knobs on the oven I was cooking and baking. I got one of the worst burns of my life making chocolate chip cookies when I was 9, but that didn't stop me! I have participated in culinary classes and competitions, but people who know me would say I just have a knack for making delicious treats!

 

​Starting Emmy's Sweet Dreams has been such a group effort. My friends, coworkers, and family have really encouraged me to take this next step and I never would have been able to do it without them! They've encouraged and supported me every step of the way and I will never be able to thank them enough.

 

My favorite thing in the world is watching someone eat something I've made and seeing the look of pure joy from eating something amazing. You know the look. I want to share my Sweet Dreams with everyone! I can make just about anything, so if you don't see it on the menu please contact me! I love playing with new flavors, techniques and decorations!
